This intervention will contribute to the Government of Sierra Leone’s Quick Action Economic Recovery Programme (QAERP), as part of the COVID-19 response plan.

In ensuring Transparency and Accountability is achieved, the Ministry of Youth Affairs in Collaboration with Restless Development constituted a technical review panel comprising of (NaCSA, MOYA, Restless Development and National Youth Coalition Representative of Youth CSOs) – who jointly facilitated the Selection Process.
